Sixth Street 10-Yr “Cask Strength” Rye

Aged a full decade and housed in our historic train depot, this high-rye whiskey (95% Rye, 5% Barley) draws character from its surroundings — time-aged wood floors, stained glass windows, and a sense of enduring craftsmanship. Deep notes of old cedar, dark caramel, and dried fruit lead into a warm, lingering spice — bold, balanced, and unmistakably ours.

Sixth Street 9YR Double Oak

From our Double Barrel Series: 9+ year bourbon, finished and rebarreled in Texas for 9+ months in a second New American White Oak barrel. Slightly darker, notes of charred oak, leather, and maple brown sugar. The second oak barreling brings a bit more tannins from the wood without overdoing it. The result being a bit softer and rounded, with bittersweet dark chocolate and a wonderful finish.

Sixth Street 9YR Ruby Cabernet Finish

Another variation in our Double Barrel Series, this expression starts with 9YR Bourbon, finished in Busted Oak Cellars “Ruby Cabernet” casks for 9 months. The result doesn’t obscure the classic bourbon flavors, but instead accentuates the red fruit notes that subtly weave their way through the overall flavor profile. Almost brandy-like, this is a sophisticated pour and a good counterpoint to our 9YR Double Oak.

Single barrel bourbon aged for no less than 6 years. A step up from our 4YR Bourbon, this bottle is a great example of what a couple more years of age can do for a whiskey. Similar profile, just smoother and softer with light honey/caramel fruit notes and a soft woody backbone. Easy drinking at 100 proof.
